Overview
The Wilderness of You is a 25-minute choral work for SATB choir, strings, and percussion by composer Andrea Ramsey, premiered at Carnegie Hall. I was commissioned to design the cover art for the published sheet music, tasked with capturing the essence of the composition in a single visual statement.

Concept
The design portrays a silhouette filled with blooming flowers and greenery, symbolizing the inner wilderness of human emotion and experience. Each hand-cut element was individually crafted and assembled in layers.

Outcome
The final artwork became the official cover of the sheet music for The Wilderness of You, published and distributed for its Carnegie Hall premiere. Additionally, the cover image was prominently featured as the background visual during the live concert and used in promotional materials leading up to the performance.
